- Pour the gelatin mixture into your clean brain-shaped mold, filling it just over halfway to allow for expansion.
- Place the mold on a flat surface and carefully transfer it to the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is fully set and wobbly.
- Once set, gently unmold the gelatin by loosening the edges with your fingers or a small spatula, then invert onto a serving plate and carefully lift off the mold.
- Display the gelatin brain on your Halloween spread, adding any edible decorations like fake veins or faux blood if desired for extra spookiness.

For a more realistic brain texture, consider gently scoring the surface with a fork before unmolding to create ridges and folds.
